Neighbors! Very exciting news! The *draft* Old West End Historic District Style Guidelines are here! This version of the national historic guidelines has been tailored exclusively for the Old West End, and will be the how-to manual for exterior work on structures within the historic overlay.

But the City of Toledo and the OWE Historic District Commission need our help - they want your FEEDBACK on these guidelines. Do these guidelines work? Are they helpful? These will be the basis by which the Planning Commission reviews projects so please review the guidelines carefully and fill out the survey below! The feedback period is only three weeks long.
