Support this project.
The Old West End Association Preservation Committee with support from The Lucas County Landbank are pleased to announce the project plans to stabilize and market 624 Delaware. The primary and necessary goals to protect the home from further deterioration will be, a new roof, gutters, exterior wood renovation, mold remediation and landscaping.
Old West End residents and anyone who supports preservation can be part of this project through, cash donations, donations of goods and products needed toward renovations, and sweat equity. The Preservation committee is committed to the success of saving this home and creating avenues to other home preservation efforts in the future, while continuing to grow working relationships with city and County entities, that support the goals of the Old West End organization.
The Old West end is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization, having one of the largest collections of Victorian, Edwardian and art and crafts homes in the United States. We believe that each home in our district holds a unique value both monetarily and architecturally to our community, any loss of property deteriorates the overall value within the district and neighboring communities. We hope that you will give a donation of time or talent to this project!
