GLENWOOD PARK BAZZAR - “Ribs + Jazz, Rhythm & Blues”
Glenwood Park is nestled in the northwest end of the Historic Toledo Old West End community. It is located in the 2800 block of Robinwood Ave. between Colliins St. and Nesslewood St. and across from Glenwood Elementary. Glenwood Bazaar has gained the reputation of being a favorite go-to location of the Old West End Festival! In fact, it has become known as the best festival location for the best Backyard Bar-B-Q Ribs and classic R & B, & Jazz music at the festival!
There will also be scheduled activities for children and adults, line dancing, open mic karaoke, smooth oldies music and live entertainment. So during the Old West End Festival, stop by for some of Toledo’s best food trucks while enjoying performances by local artists and great shopping with local retail vendors.

Step 1: Vendor Application
All vendors are required to show proof of “liability insurance coverage” OR sign a “release of liability to the OWEA” waiver that we will provide.
Early Bird Booth Fees Before May 1st:
Standard (12’ X 12’) Early Bird $100.00
Double (12’ X 24’) Early Bird $175.00
Booth Fees After May 1st:
Standard (12’ X 12’) $150.00
Double (12’ X 24’) $225.00

Vendor Rules
1. NO FOOD OR DRINKS can be sold in the Glenwood Park Bazaar.
2. Set-up is only during set-up hours. (Saturday 11AM-12PM and Sunday 8-10AM)
3. Vendors in the Bazaar must have their vehicle off the street until 5:00 pm on Sunday, the last day of the festival. Street will be closed during the Festival, no vehicles are allowed and will be subject to ticketing. If needed, you will have to transport goods to/from your car.
4. Do not switch booth spots. You are assigned a booth location which cannot be changed.
5. Vendors can only sell their products at your designated booth space.
6. In case of emergency, follow Police, Security Officers and Festival Staff directions. If a medical emergency, call 911 then contact Glenwood Park Team.
7. Bazaar applications subumitted 3 weeks prior to event must be paid with cash. Checks, money orders or cashiers checks will not be accepted after 5/17/2025 Booth fees cover both days.
8. You are responsible for set-up, maintaining and removal of your booth, merchandise and trash. The vendor will be charged for clean-up if the space is not cleaned upon departure.
9. If there is a problem, please contact a staff member of the Glenwood Park team or chair.
10. You are responsible for everything regarding your booth. This includes products, money and security. Festival will have overnight security available.
11. Bazaar merchandise may include new and used items.
12. There is no electricty available. Generators are not allowed. 13. No stakes allowed. Use weighted tent supports only.
14. The Old West End Association does not guarantee or promise profitability, non competition from other vendors, or weather conditions during the event.
15. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VIOLATION OF VENDOR RULES.
